Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, including personal care items, herbal products, honey-based products, creams, balms, sprays, and supplements, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Products purchased on sale or marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at romanaum@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
