Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at romanaum@yahoo.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the package and item(s).
