Ingredients: Chamomile Flower, Hops Flower, St. Johns Wort, Passion Flower, Motherwort, Valerian Root, Lemon Balm Leaf, Distilled Water, Grain Alcohol.
Directions for use: usual adult dose of 30-60 drops 2 times a day however it is recommended to begin with 5 drops initially. Be mindful to each component and individual tolerance.
Caution: contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation due to alcohol content.
